Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Being based in the UK we offer free shipping to all UK address. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

How fast will you ship the order?

This will be dependent on our stock location at the time. For UK based Stock this is 2-4 business days at present (this will be indicated at checkout as 2-4 business days). For Stock held in our other warehouses it is typically within 7-14 days. In extreme cases this can be up to 21 days.

My order is missing an item?

We work with several different manufacturers and sometimes your items will be shipped separately to ensure you receive them as soon as possible. Please refer to our shipping guide for delivery guidelines. If you still do not receive your item within the quoted time please contact us.

How do I change or cancel my order?

In case you want to change or cancel you order, please let us know as soon as possible. Contact details can be found here. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any orders after your items have been despatched until you have returned them back to us. Any cancellations received before despatch will be refunded in full.

How long does it take to get a response?

We pride ourselves on customer service and guarantee a response within 1 business day by one of our UK based customer support representatives. No annoying automated robots here!  🤖

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at here and we will be able to assist you.

Unfortunately we cannot cover any return shipping costs and we advise the use of a trackable service as we cannot guarantee the reliability of courier services.
